Shipping & Returns


LEBAC ships internationally.

After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information, tracking number and a link to track your purchase.



You will receive the shipping tracking number within 48 hours of your order. We will contact you with a follow up email confirming your purchase. The shipment time will depend upon the time defined by shipping agent. For quick and convenient shipping we are using international express shipping agent (FEDEX, DHL, EMS or UPS) depending upon your receiving geographical region. After you receive the tracking number you will receive the parcel within 5 to 10 business days.



For every purchase from our website above 100 USD is subjected to be free shipping worldwide. If the total purchase is below 100 USD we will currently charge flat rate of 15USD. If the shipping rate is changed by time we will immediately post the shipping charge in our website.

Exchange & Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your LEBAC purchase. However, in the event that you need to exchange or return your unworn and unwashed items please contact us with “return & exchange” as message title within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive a confirmation email with directions on the following steps to take.

Orders placed online must be returned to LEBAC website. We do not accept offline returns or exchange at LEBAC stores.
Full-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 7 days after reception of goods in their original complete package with all tags and packaging.

Sale merchandise and products such as underwear, tight leggings, pants and socks, as well as baby clothes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

No returns or refunds will be accepted if the goods are checked to be worn, washed or altered in any way as a result of customer handling

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

Upon the reception of returned goods, LEBAC reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Return shipping fees will be on customer’s charge (non-quality problem reasons).

Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund amount or will be added to the amount due on exchanged item.
